Do you work outside of Snohomish County?

We service Snohomish, Skagit, and North Seattle County in-person. Other areas will be considered for remote support on a case-by-case basis.

How do you define Seniors?

We do not define anyone. This business is intended to help an under supported, aging population. We do not age-discriminate any given person. If you need tech support, please call and we will help.

Do you offer maintenance plans or subscriptions?

As of June 2025 we do not offer any maintenance plans or subscriptions. We will consider different payment plans in the near future.
